POWER TRIP is a raucous musical comedy with an original fantasy setting and a contemporary score inspired by musical theater, Irish reels, and the music of the Indigo Girls. Power Trip evokes that freewheeling Dungeons & Dragons campaign you remember fondly, where your DM tried to get you to save a small town from a Dragon, but mentioned a roving band of clowns as a throwaway joke, and so you ended up following those clowns for two hours. POWER TRIP aims to solve problems that arise when choosing a musical to perform at your high school, summer camp, community theater, or drama club.
